The results of the October 31, 2009 election for the term January 2010 – December 2011 are as follows: Jerome W. Mondesire, President; Jean C. Brown, 1st Vice President; Dwayne D. Jackson Sr., 2nd Vice President; Lacy R. Wheeler III, 3rd Vice President; Johnnifer Harris, Secretary; Vacant, Assistant Secretary; Shirley A. Jordan, Treasurer; Dorothy A. Smith-Frazier, Assistant Treasurer; Charles H. Brown, Donald L. Clark, Bonita Crowe, Ronald L. Felton, John Grant, Irving C. Jones, Stanley R. Lawson Sr., Nelson Parrish, Marcella L. Lee, Dr. George Love, M. Gayle Moss, Verna Porcher-Carter, Regina Ragin, Wali Smith, Theresa M. Spotwood, Geraldine W. Talley, Phyllis Waller, M. B. The 1st Quarterly meeting will be held on February 27, 2010 at the Wyndham Gettysburg, 95 Presidential Circle, Gettysburg, PA. Hotel accommodations are available at a rate of $99.00 per room, per night, single or double, plus 9% sales tax. The deadline for hotel registration at this rate is February 9, 2010 and the advance registration deadline postmark is February 19th. For reservations, please call the hotel directly at 717-339-0020 for the NAACP discounted rate.

Advance Registration will cost $25.00 and the deadline is postmarked no later than February 19, 2010. The cost for on-site registration is $30.00. All delegates must register and pay the registration fees. Attached / enclosed are the registration form and a separate one must be completed for each individual in attendance. Please make copies as needed.

A luncheon with the installation ceremony will be held and the cost is $25.00. Elected Officers and Executive Committee members are expected to be in attendance.

We anticipae that out youth groups will also hold a simultaneous workshop after lunch, so please encourage your youth members to attend.
